The production had to satisfy two seemingly conflicting requirements: maximum public visibility and a controlled, secure environment for the press Q&A. We solved this by streaming the official handover ceremony openly via Twitter, while hosting the subsequent question-and-answer session in a private virtual room accessible only to accredited journalists. This dual-channel approach allowed the public to witness the formal moment while preserving the journalistic integrity of the press conference.
