The Project Background
The Green AI Hub Mittelstand is a federally funded initiative that helps small and medium-sized enterprises explore how artificial intelligence can reduce their environmental footprint. Its launch event in Berlin brought together industry leaders, policymakers, and technology experts to present the initiative’s goals and showcase early pilot projects. Jakobs Medien was brought on board to ensure the event looked and sounded as professional as the mission behind it — and to create lasting video content that would extend the event’s reach far beyond the day itself.
Our Contribution
We provided end-to-end support, starting with event technology on-site: stage lighting, sound reinforcement, and video direction for a multi-camera recording. Beyond the live event, we produced a trailer to build anticipation ahead of the launch, captured the full proceedings for archival and on-demand viewing, and edited a dynamic highlight reel designed for social media and stakeholder communications. Each video format was tailored to a specific distribution channel and audience, ensuring maximum impact across platforms.
