Stage Program & Event Design for Green Week 2024

Green Week 2024: We create the content for Hall 23a

We produce the agenda of the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture at the most important industry gathering of the year — Green Week at the Berlin Exhibition Grounds. 10 days of non-stop live-hosted stage program, special event livestreaming, interactive touch tables at the information booths, and much more — all visually embedded in an exclusive event content design.

We Create the Content for Hall 23a

Hall 23a at Green Week is one of the most important showcases for the current agenda of the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture (BMEL). On nearly 2,500 square meters, partner agencies, research institutes, funding and civic initiatives, as well as Cem Ozdemir’s department itself present their programmatic priorities and flagship projects.

Our partners at GTP2 Architekten designed the hall, GATE — event planning and management — delivered the technical infrastructure, and we created the content: 10 days of non-stop live-hosted stage program, special event livestreaming, evening receptions, highlight videos, trailers, interactive touch tables at the information booths, hall tours for school groups — all visually embedded in an exclusive event content design.

Program: Hall Highlights on Stage

The main stage is the central focal point for visitors to the hall. For each exhibition day, we therefore offered a varied and content-rich program centered around exhibitor highlights and the ministry’s agenda priorities. Program design, coordination, casting, briefing, moderation, production, and camera work for more than 50 different live-hosted events — from morning reviews and previews, on-the-go reports with mobile cameras, award ceremonies, interviews, quiz shows, to ministerial and chancellor walkthroughs.

A Single Content Hub for the Entire Team

For the first time, the entire program management ran through a web platform developed by us: a central repository for exchanging all relevant program information, clearly defined and presented for review and approval processes, displayed in an attractive event content design.

Spontaneously rescheduled or changed program slots, stage visuals, lower thirds, subtitles, or graphics could be adjusted from any device in the browser. In real time, not only the host, production, and tech unit received the updated content information — the program information columns, the stage LED wall, and sandwich screens throughout the hall also received the updates live and responsively optimized for the best possible display.

Event Management & Video Documentation

Throughout the entire event period — evening receptions and daytime visitor hours — our team ensured a seamless program flow. Our event management handled host and guest briefings, organized stage changeovers and technical setup switches between program segments, and managed hall features from touch tables at the booths to school group tours as part of Green Week young generation.

For event marketing, our clients received a daily best-of film each evening with impressions and highlights of the day for promoting and evaluating the event on their social media channels.
